Where can I get answers to any problems/issues?

If you stuck somewhere with your installation you can receive help ...

• via the mailing list phtagr-gallery [at] lists.sourceforge.net (List info at  SourceForge.net)
• writing an email to support [at] phtagr.org
• open a ticket here (but do not forget to CC yourself if you like to receive an email notification on ticket responses/changes)
• watch a wiki page and get notified on changes via email. Click Watch Page on the top right corner. This requires at least your email address for your session (you don't need to create a account for it)

If you have any non phTagr gallery related problems consult your doctor for advice ;-)

Note: Please have a look to your log file at app/tmp/log/logger.log to get a hint of the problem. Maybe attach the log file with your detailed problem description if you're sending an email.
Note 2: If your request contains useful questions, reports, or any other information which could help the community the support author might reply also to the mailing list. If you want to have a personal conversation, please mark your inquiry as personal.
