Shorten the user authentication keys

Description

phTagr supports authenticated URL/links for user or guest accounts. The URLs authenticates directly the user without the username/password login. This feature is useful for grant access on an blog page for a specific guest account.

However the key is an MD5 hash and quite long. The authentication key could be shorten to 8 or 10 characters while keeping the security.

Fixed in r550. New key length is 10 with the alphabet of [a-zA-Z0-9].
