Include required PEAR files to vendor directory

Description

To reduce installation requirements add the required PEAR files of PEAR::HTTP_WebDAV_Server and PEAR::Crypt_Blowfish to the vendor directory and include the special PEAR directory to PHP's include_path.

Fixed in #503. Should be tested on a system without PEAR (unfortunatly I wasn't able to do it so far)
