Fallback of getId3 at VideoFilter if ffmpeg is not available

Description

If ffmpeg is not available use getId3 as fallback in VideoFilter component.

The fallback could read at least the duration of an flash file. The converting of video files from AVI, MPEG, or MOV should be disabled in FlashVideo component.

The fallback should also check the maximum size (width and height) of the flash movie to support direct output of it.

It seems also that flvtool2 is not required anymore which could be removed from the VideoFilter and the installation requirements.
