Unify context menu for links

Description
Add a dynamic submenu for meta data to unify filter changes. eg. a meta data is displayed as [tag][v]. A user can click [v] and a submenu will open with actions to modify current view filter. These menus could be added to users, groups, date, tags, categories, and location
