A user can grant access to its media for specific users using group assignments. Like the group base access control in UNIX systems, a permission to media can be granted to a specific group and users and guests can be part of the group.

Example

Problem: Your vacation images should be accessed only by your family guest account.

Solution: You create the group grpVacation and assign this group to all your vacation images and grant view access only for group members (the Access line in the image description box shows Access: grpVacation v, ,). Add your guest account family to the group grpVacation. Now the guest family (and any other group member of the group) can view your vacation images.

Create New Group

• Goto Dashboard
• Goto Groups
• Click on Create Group
• Assign users and guest to the new group

Edit Group

• Goto Dashboard
• Goto Groups
• Click on the group name or on to edit the group

Delete Group

• Goto Dashboard
• Goto Groups
• Click on to delete the group
